AI Introduction

There are two aspects of AI-TRANS, which are theory and technology.

AI-TRANS theory is the study of language learning and language translation (conversion) of the human brains. AI-TRANS technology is based on AI-TRANS theory, using computer technology to implement computer intelligent translation technology (method and means).

AI-TRANS theory, which is a new subject, is based on theories and technologies such as Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Translation (MT), Translation Memory (TM) and Statistical Machine Translation (SMT), to break the bottleneck of computer translation technology and achieve high-quality MT.

The theoretical foundations of AI-TRANS are AI theory, linguistic theory and computer translation theory. It is the in-depth development of computer AI theory in the direction of natural language understanding and natural language processing. In other words, apply computer AI theory to natural language understanding and natural language processing.

The key point of AI-TRANS theory is to understand the mechanism of human brains’ foreign languages learning and translation knowledge memorizing. Studying indicative methods and saving patterns of translation knowledge which is scientific, functioning as human brains and applied to computers.

Another task of the subject of AI-TRANS is to guide computer translation technology to be intelligent, which is to provide feasible development direction, theoretical foundation and concrete realization for computer intelligent translation technology.

AI-TRANS theory will lead computer translation technology towards a new and higher direction.

To be more specific, the subject of AI-TRANS includes AI-TRANS theory, AI-TRANS technology, AI knowledge base, computer intelligent translation technology, multi-strategies intelligent translation technology and online multi-strategies intelligent translation technology which are based on AI knowledge base.
