Why using AI-TRANS
As is known to all, the traditional MT has met development bottleneck in the 1980s-1990s, and according to the traditional thinking and pattern, there is little improvement of the translation quality. The traditional MT quality is shown as below. The translation correction rate of MT is low, below 50%; the translation quality of TM and STM is based on the accumulated corpus, and it takes years of accumulation to have the correction rate of MT. And they are far away from being 100% right and there is little hope.

To solve the problem of low computer translation quality, it has to be solved from the root. The basic idea is: why human can have the correction rate of 100% while the computer can’t? The reason is the computers are not as intelligent as the humans. Thus AI-TRANS technology is to improve the intelligent translation ability of computers.
The translation quality of AI-TRANS can soon reach that of the human, which is close to 100% right, which can be shown as below:

As can be drawn from the upper figure, the translation quality of AI-TRANS is higher than that of TM/STM and is increasing exponentially and can exceed MT soon. And in a few years its translation quality can reach that of the humans.
